He owns Gilton Construction and he received his degree from Cal Poly State University in Architectural Engineering. Bradley is a California General Contractor and has been building for decades. He has built thousands of places in the valley. Bradley has experience with subdivisions, single family units, apartment complexes, condominiums, metal buildings, commercial projects and even a few casinos. Having previous farming experience Bradley knows that success comes from doing things right. He lives by a code of ethics which include hard work, diligence, smart planning, a strong moral foundation while always giving thanks to God.

Rod Jarrett and Sheryl Strain were married for 22 years. Rod came into the marriage with 7 children in whom Sheryl inherited a ½ interest and later an interest in 8 grandchildren. Rod came to California from the farm land of Illinois. He was a retired attorney who practiced bankruptcy law, his practice was limited to representation of
Rod Jarrett and Sheryl Strain were married for 22 years. Rod came into the marriage with 7 children in whom Sheryl inherited a ½ interest and later an interest in 8 grandchildren. Rod came to California from the farm land of Illinois. He was a retired attorney who practiced bankruptcy law, his practice was limited to representation of debtors and small businesses in financial distress. He was also in-house counsel for a real estate development company. Sheryl is devoted to her husband, Rod, and believes that, after God, family always comes first. She was born and raised in Fresno California. Sheryl is a Certified Public Accountant and was also a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee. Sheryl has volunteered in prison ministries and is currently the Treasurer of a non-profit entity that mentors disadvantaged school children and is building a medical clinic in the Congo. Both Rod and Sheryl had seen Fresno grow from a small town with a railroad and a lot of ag property to a booming city. They have both witnessed the devastation that can be caused when someone loses everything and they just need a hand up. They have witnessed the increase of housing costs and the rapid growth of homelessness. Rod was the idea man and a driving force behind this concept. Rod and Sheryl have brought years of experience and knowledge in the industry, as well as in taxation. Sheryl brings her personal integrity along with a passion to assist those who just need a hand up and a reasonably priced place to live. With this printer they had found a beginning to their vision by building at a substantial savings that can be shared with tenants in the form of lower rents. Rod has jus recently passed and will be truly missed. He was a great man and everyone who knew him loved him.
